Role Summary

Maintain site safety and provide critical emergency services in a fast-paced mining environment as an adaptable, calm, and clinically competent professional.

This role suits individuals who thrive in high-pressure, remote environments and can lead emergency response efforts and provide frontline medical care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide emergency response and medical care on-site.
  • Support health and safety initiatives.
  • Conduct routine clinical assessments and treatments.
  • Contribute to training, drills, and emergency preparedness activities.
  • Maintain accurate patient records.
  • Assist with testing and injury management.

Work closely with a dedicated team contributing to one of WA's key resource areas.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in mining or heavy industry.
  • Cert IV in Healthcare (Ambulance) or Diploma of Emergency Health Care.
  • Cert III in Mine Emergency Response and Rescue.
  • Advanced First Aid qualifications.
  • SCBA/BG4 qualifications for underground response.
  • Construction White Card.
  • Manual WA C-Class Driver's Licence.
  • National Police Clearance.

Highly desirable qualifications include Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and Manual WA HR/MR-Class Driver's Licence.
