Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our retail team in the city. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating an unforgettable shopping experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure store operations run smoothly and efficiently;
  • Assist customers as needed and process transactions accurately;
  • Maintain safety and sanitary standards of the shop floor;
  • Work collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment;
  • Meet/exceed sales targets by engaging with customers and promoting products effectively;
  • Respond to customer feedback constructively and provide solutions where possible.

Requirements:

  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service experiences;
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and maintain open communication;
  • Self-motivated and willing to meet/exceed sales targets through effective engagement and product knowledge;
  • Ability to listen actively and use feedback constructively to improve services;
  • Demonstrated customer service experience (Retail, hospitality, supermarket retail).
