Job Title: Shopping Centre Administrator

The role of a Shopping Centre Administrator is to oversee the administrative functions of a thriving shopping centre. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the centre's operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monthly financial reporting and analysis
  • General office management
  • Monitoring and controlling budgets
  • Retailer relationship management
  • Responsible for rental income, arrears, and retailer payment plans
  • Accounts payable and receivable
  • End-to-end shop lease administration, including management of bank guarantees
  • Managing key stakeholders of the community
  • Assistance for all marketing activities
  • All administrative and office systems, and development of policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience in a similar finance/administration role
  • Experience in retail/shopping centres is highly desired
  • An enthusiastic and resourceful professional who possesses a 'can do' attitude
