Chief Shopping Centre Executive

As a Retail Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of a shopping centre in Brisbane. Your primary focus will be on maintaining high standards of housekeeping and coordinating works as required.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day activities at the shopping centre to ensure excellent customer service and a positive shopping experience.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with tenants and occupiers to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with the Facilities Manager to provide recommendations for maintenance works and capital expenditures.
- Participate in regular client management meetings and conference calls to discuss performance and goals.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in retail property management or a related field.
- Relevant degree, such as a Bachelor of Business (Property) preferred.
- Full Real Estate License (mandatory).
- Current Drivers Licence (mandatory).
- Knowledge of centre operations and ability to work independently.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Customer-centric approach with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive and flexible attitude.
