We are seeking an experienced retail professional to lead a designated portfolio of shopping centres on behalf of a major client in Brisbane.

About the Role:

  • Provide strategic support to clients in administering lease requirements.
  • Manage tenancy schedules to ensure accurate records.
  • Assist in preparing annual financial forecasts and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop strong relationships with tenant retailers to enhance the trading environment.
  2. Coordinate maintenance and upkeep activities to maintain centres' appearance and safety.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in centre management, retail operations, or a related field is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
