Project Administrator Job Description

The Atlas Recruitment Experts team is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to support the project management team in ensuring the smooth execution of various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist project managers with the coordination and execution of project plans, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Monitor project timelines and budgets, maintaining accurate records and ensuring all milestones are met.
  • Prepare project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and schedules, to facilitate communication and project progress.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and project delivery.
  • Track project deliverables and ensure adherence to timelines, maintaining a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Support procurement activities and coordinate with suppliers, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Candidate Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in project administration or a related role, with a strong understanding of project management principles.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

Job Type: Permanent/full-time

Salary: $70,000-$120,000
