Atlas Recruitment Experts is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to support their project management team at Jim Wilson Constructions Pty Ltd.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of various construction projects, requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:


Assisting project managers with the coordination and execution of project plans.


Monitoring project timelines and budgets, ensuring all milestones are met.


Preparing project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and schedules.


Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and project progress.


Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all project data is up to date.


Tracking project deliverables and ensuring adherence to timelines.


Supporting with procurement activities and coordinating with suppliers.


Ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant industry regulations.

Candidate Requirements:


At least 2 years of experience in project administration or a related role.


Excellent organizational and time management skills.


Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.


Proficiency with project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel).


Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.


High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Job Type: Permanent/full-time

Salary: $70,000-$120,000
