About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Educational Leader to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning. As an Educational Leader, you will play a key role in shaping the educational programs and practices within our centre, ensuring that our children receive the highest quality care and education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Educators to develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of our children
  • Lead and support the team in their professional development, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care and education
  • Work closely with the centre leadership team to drive educational excellence and continuous improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with families, ensuring that they are informed and engaged in their child's learning journey

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current VIC Working with Children Check or VIT Registration
