As an Educational Leader at Goodstart Early Learning, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational programs offered to children. You will collaborate with educators to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs, deepening the team's understanding of child development and early years content. You will guide the application of the Early Years Learning Framework and work closely with the centre leadership team to lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

Our 80-place centre is a dynamic and supportive environment where you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and their families. We offer a range of programs in centre, as well as regular excursions and incursions in the local community. Our team of educators work well together, are supportive of one another, and welcome new ideas.

Requirements:
- Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current VIC Working with Children Check or VIT Registration
