**About the role**

TAFE Gippsland is looking for a dedicated and experienced Administrator to join our EAL, Koorie and Foundation teams. In this essential role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support from pre-enrolment to course completion, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our students. Working under the direction of the Head of Department for Service Industries, Koorie & Foundation, you will provide a range of administrative support to the department as their ‘go to person’ while also collaboratively working with other administrative areas within TAFE Gippsland. Based at our Morwell Campus with some travel to Warragul Campus required. A six-month probationary period applies.

**About you**

**Qualifications and experience**
- Certificate III in Business Administration or above (highly desirable) or 3 years relevant experience in similar administration roles
- Experience within the TAFE sector (desirable)

**Mandatory requirements**
- Current Victorian Working with Children Clearance
- Current Police Check (not older than 12 months old)
- Current Driver’s Licence (travel between campuses is a requirement of the role)
