Educational Director

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Educational Leader to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning. As an Educational Leader, you will play a key role in shaping the educational programs and practices within our centre, ensuring that our children receive the highest quality care and education.

• Collaborate with Educators to develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of our children
• Lead and support the team in their professional development, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality education and care
• Work closely with the centre leadership team to drive continuous improvement and excellence in educational practice
• Develop and maintain relationships with families, ensuring they are informed and engaged in their child's learning journey
• Contribute to the development and implementation of centre policies and procedures related to education and care

• Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
• Current VIC Working with Children Check or VIT Registration
