Supply Chain Operations Trainee

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Year 10 student to join our team as a School-based Trainee. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a real-world work environment while completing your Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations.
As a School-based Trainee, you will work in a Reece branch, completing certificate requirements, and developing your skills in customer service, sales, and stock management. You will also have the opportunity to build your product knowledge and contribute to maintaining a high-standard branch.
Key Responsibilities- Embody the Reece values and policies
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Process sales and manage stock
- Answer phone calls and take messages
- Communicate effectively with customers and staff
- Develop product knowledge and provide follow-up to customers
- Maintain a neat and tidy workplace
We are looking for a team player who possesses good written and verbal communication skills, is able to follow instructions, and has a great attitude. You should be willing to learn, take on new challenges, and contribute to the success of our team.
This is a part-time position, requiring the equivalent of one and a half days per week. Saturday availability is a must, and additional hours during school holidays are available and recommended.
