Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of food and beverage professionals to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the smooth operation of daily venue requirements.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, presentation, and delivery across all food and beverage outlets.
  • Enforce health, hygiene, and safety protocols, including adherence to NSW Liquor Act regulations.
  • Conduct POS reconciliations with integrity.
  • Effectively communicate operational issues to staff and management.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in food and beverage service.
  • Previous supervisory experience or training is essential.
  • Strong communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills are required.
  • Current NSW RSA and RCG certifications are mandatory.
