Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Case Manager to join our First Response Team at our Spring Hill site. This is a full-time position until 30 June 2025, offering a salary package that includes NFP benefits such as meal and entertainment allowances, flexible working conditions, and paid parental leave.

About the Role:

This role involves working closely with clients to provide case management services, assist them in accessing support services, and advocate for their needs. You will be required to work collaboratively with the team leader to establish new programs and projects, participate in local network meetings, and demonstrate high levels of emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities:
  • Embed the National Homelessness Stream Model of Care in your team
  • Assist individuals to access support services and establish community supports
  • Provide advocacy for clients with service providers
  • Assist the team leader to establish new programs and projects
  • Participate in local network meetings and communities of practice
Requirements:
  • Degree qualification in social work, welfare, community development or related field
  • Relevant experience in a social service environment, including client assessment and case management
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Current Queensland Drivers Licence
  • Valid Queensland Blue Card Employee Working with Children Check
