Customer Service Expert

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Expert to provide exceptional support to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service, resolving issues efficiently, and promoting our services to existing clients.

Your primary duties will include:

  1. Managing assigned customers effectively;
  2. Ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction through prompt and professional service delivery;
  3. Liaising with stakeholders to resolve any concerns or issues that may arise;
  4. Proactively promoting new products and services to existing clients.

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  1. A minimum 2 years of experience in an inbound/outbound phone-based customer service position, preferably in the medical or insurance industry;
  2. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively;
  3. Excellent attention to detail;
  4. A problem-solving and proactive attitude;
  5. Proficiency in Office 365, specifically Word and Excel, as well as numeracy skills, data entry, typing, and database management.
