About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Support Specialist to join our team at Future State People. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Application Administration: Administer and customize SAP Business One or similar ERP systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Database Administration: Ensure the security and optimization of applications, including database administration and application configuration.
  • Application Development: Develop and maintain applications using Powershell (.NET libraries), C#, VB.NET, and VBScript.
  • Data Analysis: Work with data warehouses, utilizing BI tools to extract and analyze data for business insights.
  • Business Process Automation: Identify opportunities for Business Process Automation, with UiPath experience being a plus.
  • Documentation: Document processes, software configurations, and development methodologies.
  • Requirements Gathering: Translate business processes and requirements into technical specifications and documentation.
  • Database Support: Support and maintain MS SQL databases.
  • Professional Development: Continuously seek new learning opportunities and professional development.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2-3+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • SAP Experience: Hands-on experience with SAP Business One or other ERP systems.
  • SQL Skills: Strong SQL skills with the ability to handle complex queries.
  • Programming Skills: Proficiency in Powershell, C#, VB.NET, and VBScript.
  • Stakeholder Management: Stakeholder management and requirements gathering experience.
  • Crystal Reports: Familiarity with Crystal Reports development.
  • Data Warehousing: Experience with data warehousing and BI tools.
