Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Care Professional to join our team.
The successful applicant will be responsible for coordinating client services, care planning, assessments, and team communication in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective care plans that cater to individual client needs.
- Liaise with clients, families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure optimal care outcomes.
- Mentor and support care staff to ensure adherence to clinical protocols and workplace safety standards.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- Experience in community or aged care settings (desired but not essential).
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
