About the Role:The primary responsibilities include:

Requirements:To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Certificate IV or Diploma in Aged Care, Disability, Community Services, or similar (preferred), with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a related field.
- Knowledge of Home Care Packages (HCP) and/or NDIS (desirable), with a solid understanding of the sector's regulations and guidelines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, carers, and colleagues.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a ability to analyse complex situations and develop effective solutions.
- Attention to detail and documentation accuracy, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of care and service delivery.
- Knowledge of community/aged care systems, with a understanding of the sector's complexities and nuances.
