
Technical Lead for Customer Engagement Solutions

You will be part of a dynamic team shaping customer engagement technologies across Salesforce and Genesys platforms. Your technical expertise and leadership skills are crucial in producing end-to-end designs and developing solutions for our customer engagement platforms.
This includes:
- Leading the design, development, testing, and support of Salesforce CRM and Genesys components to support the customer experience across various channels.
- Responsible for project delivery and BAU support of the end-to-end Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud, nCino, and Genesys solutions within agreed timeframes.
- Providing technical expertise and quality assurance with peers, managers, and architects to recommend and implement changes in design, development, and maintenance standards.
- Engaging with vendor partners, Delivery Squads, IT, and senior Business stakeholders to understand use cases and requirements.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs and drive customer satisfaction.
We are looking for someone who has extensive experience in Salesforce platform development and architecture, as well as strong knowledge of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and other related technologies. You should also have hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud CX or similar contact centre platforms and DevSecOps tools.

Your Skills- Extensive experience in Salesforce platform development and architecture.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and other related technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud CX or similar contact centre platforms.
- DevSecOps experience with DevSecOps tools.
- Proven track record in technical design documentation, solution review, and leadership in agile delivery teams.
