We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated People and Culture Coordinator to join our team at ASC. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of our People strategy and ensuring the success of our employees.
Key Responsibilities- Employee Onboarding and Offboarding: Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new employees, including the timely issue of contracts and onboarding documentation. Coordinate offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for departing employees.
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Manage employee lifecycle changes, including mobility, position management, and employee data updates.
- Communication and Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders, responding to queries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Project Support: Collaborate with the wider HR team and other stakeholders to support the planning and implementation of HR-related projects and initiatives.
- Experience: Demonstrated experience in providing high-quality support within a People and Culture environment, preferably in a similar industry or sector.
- Skills: Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong understanding of employment legislation and regulations, including the Fair Work Act and National Employment Standards.
- Personal Qualities: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail and a customer-focused approach.
