About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive People Programs Administrator to join our team at Mineral Resources. As a key member of our People team, you will play a crucial role in supporting various divisions and ensuring the smooth functioning of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in project coordination and track progress across various initiatives, ensuring timely completion and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficiency across the broader team, handling inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the Manager of Organisational Development to develop and implement effective administrative processes and procedures.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Business Support Administrator or in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team, with a positive attitude and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
