District Manager

ChampionX is seeking a highly skilled and experienced District Manager to lead our sales and technical teams in the ANZ region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets
- Lead and manage a team of sales and technical professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions and drive improvement
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
- 10+ years of experience in technical sales or field sales, with a strong background in production chemistry
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership and team management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and drive business decisions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
