Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced District Manager to lead our ANZ sales and technical teams. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion in the ANZ region.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales and technical team, providing coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities to ensure team members achieve their full potential.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their business needs and developing solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of business strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to drive business growth.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the ANZ market, including customer needs, competitor activity, and market trends.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, including health and safety, environmental, and quality management systems.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating strong leadership skills, including strategic thinking, communication, and problem-solving.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of successful technical sales or field sales experience in Production Chemistry, with experience in personnel management.
  • Demonstratable strong ethics, effective time management, ability to multitask, adaptability, autonomy, and self-motivation.
  • Ability to build and maintain successful relationships across multiple levels of the internal and customer organization.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Adept at using Microsoft-Office based products.
