- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders

- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue
- 10+ years of experience in technical sales or field sales, with a strong background in production chemistry
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership and team management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and drive business decisions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
- Strong ethics and integrity, with a commitment to compliance and regulatory requirements
