Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Management: Lead and develop a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed.
- Business Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, increase revenue, and expand our customer base.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs and delivering solutions that meet their requirements.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure the efficient and effective operation of our sales team, including the management of sales processes, systems, and procedures.
- Performance Management: Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to ensure we meet our targets.
- Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with our customers, stakeholders, and internal teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to our sales processes, systems, and procedures to drive business growth and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Experience: 10+ years of successful technical sales or field sales experience in Production Chemistry, with experience in personnel management.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
