Product Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to own and manage the product roadmap for our key brand's digital channels.

  • Enhance Self-Service Terminal experiences and bridge digital and in-venue and retail customer journeys
  • Use customer insights and data analytics to inform product decisions and prioritisation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs and business goals
  • Ensure all digital product changes meet regulatory, responsible gambling, and compliance standards

The ideal candidate will have experience working in Product Management, managing digital products across web, apps, or SSTs, with end-to-end lifecycle ownership.

  • Strong understanding of UX principles, customer experience, and user-centred design
  • Hands-on experience with agile delivery teams and omni-channel retail solutions
  • Strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and a customer-centric mindset
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and problem-solving skills
