Product Development Leadership Role

As a seasoned professional in product development, you will be responsible for managing projects effectively by adhering to standards of scope, budget, and timeframes.
You will build and maintain relationships with customers through regular, open communication, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
Key aspects of this role include estimating and developing project plans according to customer requirements, as well as monitoring project progress continuously and communicating clear updates on milestones and deliverables to stakeholders.
Effective Communication is crucial in providing encouragement, identifying problems, creating solutions, and implementing efficiency improvements.
Analysing the economics of project plans and providing actionable feedback to management relating to cost benefits and profitability is also an essential part of this role.
Managing Change requires strong negotiation skills and attention to detail. Reviewing and managing proposed scope changes on project plans, including meeting with stakeholders to approve and implement beneficial changes.
Overseeing project purchasing of resources and materials as needed before and during projects involves working closely with customers, team members, managers, and in-house accountants to negotiate price and ensure timely delivery.
