Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Cocktail Bar Leader to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate efficiently, set a high standard for service, and lead by example.
  • Create and serve a wide range of beverages, including classic cocktails and mixers.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by receiving orders promptly and attending to customer requests with a smile.
  • Contribute to menu content, assist in developing new menu items, and help maintain the quality of our drinks offerings.
  • Ensure the service area is clean, well-prepared, and meets our high standards at all times.
  • Effectively manage customer accounts, settle payments efficiently, and provide excellent guest experiences.
  • Respond to guest queries in a polite and helpful manner, showcasing your exceptional communication skills.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working in a high-end cocktail bar, ideally with a strong track record of delivering exceptional service.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and ability to create classic cocktails using premium spirits and fresh ingredients.
  • Flexibility in hours, particularly during weekends when we are busiest.
  • Exceptional personal presentation and exceptional communication skills that make you stand out as a leader.
  • Able to respond quickly and positively to work situations, remaining calm under pressure.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional guest service and contributing to a positive work environment.
