Senior Facilities Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Facilities Manager to join our team at Gough Recruitment AU. As a key member of our property and asset management team, you will be responsible for the efficient day-to-day operation of our assets.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Support: Provide technical and operational process support to ensure the smooth operation of our assets.
- Stakeholder Relationships: Establish and maintain positive relationships with all key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Maintenance Operations: Prepare, execute, and manage cost-effective maintenance operations asset-wide, ensuring compliance with OH&S and risk management standards.
- Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of annual operating budgets, financial reporting, and capital expenditure management.
- Site Inspections: Conduct intermittent onsite inspections and reporting for each site and its internal operations.
- Contractor Management: Manage contractors to ensure reliability, sustainability, and preservation of our assets.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential for this role.
- Financial Acumen: Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and financial reporting are required.
- Project Management: Experience with managing minor capital expenditure projects, OH&S, emergency issues, and property maintenance is necessary.
- NABERS and BEEC: Experience with NABERS and BEEC is advantageous.
- Preventative Maintenance: Experience with preventative maintenance scheduling is required.
- Organizational Skills: A proactive, hands-on approach and strong organizational skills are essential for this role.
