Senior Facilities Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Facilities Manager to join our team at JLL. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our assigned properties, ensuring that our clients' expectations are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of facilities professionals to manage site budgets, accounting, and finance, maintenance and operations, contract services, purchasing, and occupancy services.
- Develop and sustain a high-quality, well-motivated team, ensuring high staff morale, trust, and work ethics.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders and clients, achieving Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreement targets.
- Ensure vendors are well-managed, delivering services on time and within budget, and that procurement processes comply with client guidelines and JLL best practices.
- Actively work to ensure that site financial operations meet or exceed targets and control requirements, including the JLL Code of Ethics.
- Coordinate fire warden and first aid training, and work closely with the client's EHS representative to ensure site requirements are met.
- Recommend continuous quality improvement practices and implement Industry Best Practice operations, ensuring all Critical Environment requirements are met.
- Oversee the team's support for Maintenance and update space management information regularly.
- Ensure the Operational Risk Management process is implemented and maintained, and that disaster recovery and business continuity plans are in place.
- Experience in facilities management, building, business, or related field, with experience in facilities, property management, hospitality, or related field.
- Knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements, critical facilities, and vendor management for specialized services.
- Understanding of basic technical aspects of property, including Computer Room Air-conditioning, Chiller system, Fire Protection system, Mechanical & Electrical system, and BMS system.
- Proven capacity to understand and interpret commercial contracts, with strong budget management and financial analysis skills.
