Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment meets contractual requirements and project schedule deadlines.
  • Issue, handle, and manage materials across large-scale projects in the offshore sector.
  • Interpret schedules to establish realistic milestones, ensuring required activities occur on time, and maintain interface between activities.
  • Communicate with suppliers to ensure materials are packed and delivered according to company procedures.
  • Keep relevant personnel informed on progress of material deliveries.
  • Review third-party service providers' performance related to the project.
  • Review and maintain material receiving reports against shipping documents to verify material receipt and initiate follow-up actions when necessary.
  • Report on all Materials and Logistic matters to the project team, including weekly and monthly summary reports.
  • Supply chain expertise and support to the team.
  • Control stores and consumables for the project.
  • Stage materials and equipment.
  • Collaborate with readiness and execution teams.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience supporting offshore operations.
  • Coordinate logistics and materials disciplines associated with offshore operations.
  • Knowledgeable in marine chartering complexities.
  • Aceuracy/attention to detail.
  • Performance driven.
  • Ability to propose compromise solutions in cases of conflicting interests.
  • Willingness to challenge plans or existing conditions.
  • 5+ years of experience in logistics/supply chain operations, preferably in an oil and gas environment.
