Logistics Supervisor - Offshore Operations

As a Logistics Supervisor in offshore operations, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless coordination of marine vessels and materials.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading logistics operations, including people movement planning and coordination, material manifesting, stocktaking, and documentation of dangerous goods.

Additionally, you will liaise with regulatory bodies to ensure logistics compliance and supervise activities of 3PL providers, contractors, and internal logistics teams.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate offshore logistics operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of marine vessels and materials.
  • Lead people movement planning and coordination, ensuring efficient transportation of personnel.
  • Manage material manifesting, stocktaking, and documentation of dangerous goods to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies to ensure adherence to industry standards.
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of 3PL providers, contractors, and internal logistics teams.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in offshore logistics, preferably in large-scale energy projects.
  • Valid offshore certifications, including BOSIET or FOET.
  • Proficient in Kabal logistics software, Microsoft Office Suite, and Microsoft Teams.
