Job Description
As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to our clients. Your duties will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our clients and internal stakeholders.
- Managing administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Coordinating travel arrangements and booking couriers.
- Assisting with accounts payable tasks and maintaining accurate records.
- Providing general support to our clients and internal teams.
The Successful Candidate
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will have:
- Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering high-end support.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
