BDO Australia is seeking a Corporate Hospitality Coordinator to oversee the in-house catering function and ensure the efficient and effective operation of this function on the firm's client floor.

", "Key Responsibilities": "
  • Provide full hospitality / catering services to the BDO client floor including full beverage & food service to all meetings excluding events, AGM, training etc.
  • Review the meeting room manager system (Condeco) and ensure all catering requirements have been ordered as required.
  • Manage the catering budget and actively seek ways to achieve cost savings.
  • Process and submit all catering invoices, ensuring they have been coded correctly.
  • Order and manage all In-house catering for the Client floor.

  • Ideally, you will have hospitality experience (preferably from a corporate environment)
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • RSA certificate
