About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team at Concentric Health Group. As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively with our experienced clinicians to provide high-quality care and support to individuals with various diagnoses and presentations.

As a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement behaviour support plans that are responsive to the individual's needs, improve their quality of life, and support their progress towards positive change. You will work in an interdisciplinary system alongside our dedicated speech pathologists, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, psychologists, and therapy assistants.

About You

We welcome applications from recent graduates to experienced practitioners who are passionate about delivering quality allied health care. You will have a relevant tertiary qualification, a valid Australian driver's licence, and be registered with NDIS as a Core, Specialist, Proficient or Advanced positive behaviour support Practitioner. You will also have unrestricted Australian work rights.
