
Office Coordinator

This role is focused on delivering exceptional support to visitors and clients in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival
- Assisting with administrative tasks across the business
- Directing visitors to relevant personnel and offices
- Handling incoming phone calls and ensuring the reception area is tidy and well-stocked
- Receiving, sorting, and distributing mail and deliveries
- Maintaining office security and controlling access via the reception desk
- Ordering front office supplies and managing inventory
- Updating calendars and scheduling meetings
- Coordinating travel arrangements and preparing expense reports
Working hours are 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.

**Benefits:**
