We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Physiotherapist to join our team in Geelong. As a Physiotherapist with Empower, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of Musculoskeletal, Neurological, and Cardiorespiratory patients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct comprehensive assessments and deliver tailored physiotherapy treatment plans for clients in their own home through home care packages/NDIS.
* Work holistically with other allied health professionals to provide a multidisciplinary care plan.
* Educate clients and their families to optimize their ability to live healthy lives within the community.
* Liaise with service providers to ensure effective communication.
* Work autonomously to prioritize and complete tasks, maintain records, and provide patient reports.

Requirements:

* Bachelor of Physiotherapy (or equivalent).
* Registration with AHPRA.
* Police Check Clearance.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong time-management skills and attention to detail.
