About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at Empower Healthcare. As a Physiotherapist with our organization, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients, including those with Musculoskeletal, Neurological, and Cardiorespiratory conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for patients in their own homes.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide a multidisciplinary care approach.
- Educate patients and their families to optimize their ability to live healthy lives within the community.
- Liaise with service providers to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
- Work autonomously to prioritize and complete tasks, maintain accurate records, and provide high-quality patient reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Physiotherapy (or equivalent) degree.
- Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Police Check Clearance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong time-management skills and attention to detail.
