    • Assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of health conditions and movement disorders in clients' homes
    • Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation programs using evidence-based practice
  • Providing Personable and High-Quality Care
    • Deliver person-centered care to clients, prioritizing their needs and preferences
    • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Treating Injuries and Reducing Pain
    • Treat injuries, reduce pain, and improve mobility in clients
    • Develop and implement exercise programs to improve strength, flexibility, and balance
  • Collaborative Falls Management Intervention
    • Provide Collaborative Falls Management Intervention, including exercise programs, to reduce the risk of falls
