Business Line Manager Role

In this key leadership position, you will be responsible for driving the success of our business line.

  • You will develop and implement market and sales strategies, aligning with divisional goals and guidelines.
  • You will have full financial responsibility for the business line, managing profit and loss as well as balance sheets.
  • You will conduct and maintain updated territory management plans to optimize market coverage and sales actions.
  • You will coach, support, and guide teams working with our products, including direct supervision of those predominantly working with the business line.

The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on continuous improvement in the use of digital technology and solutions in customer communications and relations. They will also be able to develop strong support to people management, especially appraisals, training, and competence development of personnel.

You will work as an active member of our leadership team, helping to manage our overall performance. You will be responsible for delivering dominant market share in each segment: capital equipment, drilling consumables, spare parts, and aftermarket business, as well as geoscience and core scanning products.
