Job Overview

We are seeking a strategic growth leader to drive expansion and foster client relationships within our consultancy.

This pivotal role requires an innovative thinker passionate about sustainability and nature-based solutions, capable of driving growth and developing tailored solutions that meet client needs, market demands, and regulatory or ESG requirements.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead growth initiatives across core sectors (government, mining/resources, agriculture, finance, renewables, Aboriginal Corporations, and philanthropic organisations)
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new commercial and funding opportunities, including tenders, grants, and joint ventures
  • Build and manage relationships with corporate, industry, and government clients seeking high-integrity nature-based solutions
  • Collaborate with the project development team to design and shape bespoke products and services
  • Maintain understanding of market dynamics (carbon, biodiversity, ESG, offsets, bonds, etc.) and position the company accordingly
About You

You are proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive in a collaborative environment. This hands-on, outward-facing position requires a blend of strategic insight, commercial acumen, sector experience, and client-focused delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in business development or client management within consulting, environmental markets, infrastructure, financial/banking markets, natural resource management, or related sectors
  • Strong track record in securing and managing commercial contracts, tenders, and partnerships
  • Ability to translate client needs into technical project opportunities
  • Knowledge of ESG frameworks, carbon/biodiversity markets, or sustainable development fields
