We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Engineer to join our Maintenance Department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical expertise in managing condition monitoring programs and investigating process improvements.
  • Coordinate completion of vibration analysis, oil analysis, thermography, UT, and other condition monitoring techniques.
  • Manage contractors for 3rd party crane, pressure equipment, and other statutory inspections.
  • Conduct root cause analysis on equipment failures and provide timely reports to stakeholders.
  • Develop diagnostic tools to predict equipment failures and minimize production impact.
  • Provide technical support to maintenance and operational teams and lead improvements on lubrication systems.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in mining, heavy industries, or petro-chemical plants.
  • Bachelor of Engineering - Mechanical or Electrical preferred or tertiary education in Asset Management/Reliability.
  • Previous experience in condition monitoring and lubrication.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to work in a team environment.
  • C Class Driver's License.
