Head Chef Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head Chef to join our kitchen team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Aiding in the training and growth of junior chefs, helping them develop their skills and confidence.
  • Working closely with the Restaurant Manager to oversee key metrics such as food costs, labor, and operating expenses, ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in a senior kitchen role within a busy hospitality environment.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop a team.
  • Certificate in commercial cookery or equivalent experience.
  • Sound understanding of food safety concerns and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
