Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned DevOps Engineering Manager to lead our distributed teams in delivering high-quality services. As a key member of our Information Systems team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and operation of our infrastructure as code.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing devops teams, experience with software delivery using infrastructure as code, and a strong understanding of testing methodologies and maintainable code quality.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive internal projects, mentor engineers to improve their skills, and identify and measure team health indicators.

Key responsibilities include leading agile devops practices, representing the IS team to stakeholders and customers, organizing and coordinating internal projects, mentoring engineers, identifying and measuring team health indicators, implementing structured engineering and operations processes, ensuring proper team focus on priorities, milestones, and deliverables, and working to meet service level agreements with customer deployments around the globe.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience managing devops teams for SAAS or similar offerings
  • Experience with cloud topologies and technologies
  • Technical aptitude for understanding complex distributed systems
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
