About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Identify and measure team health indicators to optimize performance and productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive internal projects forward and achieve business objectives

Requirements

  • Proven experience in software delivery using infrastructure as code
  • Strong understanding of testing methodologies and maintainable code quality
  • Technical aptitude for understanding complex distributed systems and cloud topologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to represent the team effectively
