We are seeking a strategic leader who can oversee portfolio management activities and ensure robust monitoring and governance of credit risk exposures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and challenge automated credit decisioning strategies across personal and business banking.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills by preparing committee packs and memos for senior stakeholders.
  • Exercise delegated authority to approve automated credit strategy decisions.
  • Ensure credit strategy decisions are compliant with regulatory standards and demonstrate sound risk management practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in credit risk outcomes and portfolio performance.
Requirements
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in financial services or related fields with deep expertise in credit risk.
  • Quantitative analysis and ability to understand, interpret, and convey data insights.
  • Proven track record of building strong relationships and influencing stakeholders across all levels.
  • Exceptional communication, engagement, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong business acumen with sound judgment and strategic thinking.
