Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in delivering strategic land use planning programs, policies, and documents
  • Prepare and assess planning proposals, coordinate scoping proposal assessments, and undertake reviews of Development Control Plans (DCPs)
  • Develop detailed masterplans and contribute to heritage planning
  • Collaborate on infrastructure strategies supporting growth with appropriate services and facilities

Our ideal candidate will be a natural collaborator with exceptional communication skills, able to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications
  • Degree in Town Planning or equivalent qualifications
  • Experience in strategic planning, with added value in heritage or recreation planning
  • Skills in preparing strategic planning documents and masterplans
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
