Ventia provides facilities management services including planned and reactive maintenance, as well as repairs to a range of community facilities and commercial buildings.

We're seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team in delivering high-quality maintenance solutions.

About the Role:

  • Undertake routine and scheduled preventative maintenance works to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Prioritize urgent and emergency maintenance tasks to minimize downtime.
  • Perform refrigeration work and mechanical services, including peripheral and incidental tasks to meet operational requirements.
  • Complete accurate work management dockets, feedback, inventory and general maintenance reports to inform decision-making.
  • Maintain knowledge of equipment capabilities and make recommendations for longevity and efficiency.

About You:

  • Refrigeration Mechanic and Refrigeration gases trade qualification.
  • Demonstrated expertise in installation and maintenance of heating, air conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems.
  • A solid understanding of Australian mechanical services standards and regulatory frameworks.
  • Able to pass a police check and possess a valid driver's license.
  • Hold a current White Card certification.
