Job Title:

Mechanical Systems Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular maintenance inspections of mechanical systems and equipment.
  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues.
  • Implement preventative measures to ensure system efficiency.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need a strong foundation in mechanical engineering principles and at least 3 to 5 years of experience as a service technician. A Certificate III in Engineering – Mechanical is highly regarded.

Desirable Qualifications:
  • Dual Trade Certificate (electrical and mechanical)
  • Experience in logistics, postal sorting and baggage handling systems highly valued.
  • Proven ability to maintain mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
  • Background in automation, particularly conveyor and sortation systems.
