\As a leading cleaning and waste management provider, we offer a unique opportunity to work on high-profile events across Australia.
\This role involves leading our supervisors team, providing leadership, support, and guidance to Site Supervisors and Cleaners for events throughout the year.
\We are seeking an experienced manager who can deliver operational requirements to drive sustainable business growth and meet or exceed contractual obligations.
\Key responsibilities include:

- Managing day-to-day events operations to deliver key customer and performance goals.\
- Leading, training, and managing supervisors and staff, preparing work schedules, and assigning specific duties.\
- Assisting with site operations and ensuring client satisfaction by upholding company values and cultures.\
- Developing and implementing procedures to improve business outcomes and deliver services to the highest standard.\
- Sourcing new clients and contributing to sales and business development efforts.\
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders through effective communication and problem-solving skills.\
- Providing on-the-job training and coaching to ensure employees reach their full potential.\
- Implementing and managing best practice WH&S practices to achieve zero LTI's.\
- Monitoring individual and team performance and taking action to address identifiable learning, development needs, and ongoing productivity improvement.\
- Fostering a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and encourages employee engagement.\
- Conducting risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies to minimize workplace hazards.\
- Collaborating with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans and policies.\
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, developments, and regulatory requirements.\
- Representing the company at external events and functions as required.\
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures, including those related to confidentiality, data protection, and intellectual property.\
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting progress against key performance indicators (KPIs).\
- Contributing to the development of process improvements and system enhancements to increase efficiency and productivity.\
- Participating in continuous professional development to enhance knowledge and skills.\
- Supporting colleagues and peers in times of need and promoting a culture of mutual respect and trust.\
- Actively participating in quality control measures to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality services.\
